It’s 3 min walk to Rustaveli Avenue, 2 min to Rooms Hotel and Stamba Café. The apartment is located in so called Italian Yard, on the 2 nd floor. There is no elevator which is calm and connects you with the historical Tbilisi.

The studio is situated on a little quiet street away from traffic and noise, ideal for relaxation and peaceful sleep but walk a few steps in any direction and you'll find yourself in a very vibrant and alive area, with cafes, bars and pubs with live music, bakeries, Georgian, European, Asian, Oriental and Vegan restaurants, the best burger joint in town, flower shops, 24 hour supermarkets and pharmacies, beauty and tanning salons, a gym, banks, ATMs, fashion stores, beautiful churches, museums and a park.
Rustaveli avenue and Tbilisi concert hall are also on a minute walk.

Getting around

Metro station and a bus stop are in minutes' walk. Generally, the public transportation is very easily accessible, and the Taxi is very cheap.
