House Rules

1. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed in the front yard, and
an ashtray is provided for butts. Do not dispose of butts in the
bushes or grass.
2. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Please open windows with screens only. One is in the kitchen (pull
down screen) and the other one is in the shower.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please use iron with caution. It stays hot for a long time after turning
off.
7. No climbing outside from the bathroom window.
8. Do not move inside furniture outside.
9. Upstairs is a private residence. Please stay on the ground floor only.
10. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the
deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

Most of the things are new but you can find various historic elements which we tried to preserve from the old house.
